Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
By using Vanguard 35, you agree to these terms. They explain the rules for using the app and what we're each responsible for — in plain English.
- • Log real issues, hazards, and observations — don't create fake or misleading entries.
- • Only upload photos you're allowed to share of your workplace.
- • Don't share your login — invite team members properly through the app.
- • Use the app for its intended purpose — site safety, maintenance tracking, and cost recovery.
- • Don't attempt to access other companies' data or bypass access controls.
- • You're responsible for the photos, notes, and data you upload.
- • Keep your login secure — if someone gets access through your account, that's on you.
- • Make sure the information you log is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- • If you see something wrong or unsafe, log it promptly.
- • We provide the platform to log, track, and resolve issues — we don't carry out the physical work.
- • We use AI to help identify issues from photos, but AI suggestions are guidance only — not professional advice.
- • We sync your data to your own Google Sheet as a backup, but you own your data.
- • We'll keep the app running and fix bugs, but can't guarantee 100% uptime.
- • Vanguard 35 is a tool to help your team — it doesn't replace professional safety assessments or qualified engineers.
- • We're not liable for decisions made based on app data or AI suggestions.
- • We're not liable for data loss caused by issues outside our control (e.g. Google Sheets outages).
- • If something goes wrong, our liability is limited to the fees you've paid us (if any).
Changes & Cancellation
- • We may update these terms — we'll tell you in the app if we do.
- • You can stop using the app at any time.
- • We can suspend access if these terms are broken.
- • Your company admin controls who has access to your company's data.
If you have questions about these terms, contact your Site Architect or the person who set up your company account.
